The Conversation Call is a free, no-obligation, 1-on-1 session with Isa designed to help you understand your insurance options and make a confident, informed decision. Here's what you should know:
- It's genuinely free. There is no consultation fee, hidden charge, or payment required to book or attend a Conversation Call.
- No obligation to purchase. Attending a Conversation Call does not commit you to buying any insurance product. You are free to think it over, ask more questions, or decline.
- Scheduling is subject to availability. Isa will reach out within 24–48 hours of your form submission to arrange a mutually convenient time.
- Be honest in your form. The recommendations Isa provides are based entirely on the information you share. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in unsuitable recommendations — and ultimately, a policy that doesn't serve you well.
- Recording. Conversation Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and compliance purposes. You will be informed before any recording takes place and may decline.
The Conversation Call is a conversation — not a sales pitch. Isa listens first. The goal is for you to walk away with clarity, confidence, and options that genuinely fit your life.
While Isa will do her best to recommend the most suitable product for your situation, insurance coverage is not guaranteed simply by completing the Coverage Check form or attending a Conversation Call.
- All insurance applications are subject to each insurer's underwriting process — FWD Life, Paramount, or AXA Philippines — which may include health declarations, medical evaluations, and other requirements
- Each insurer reserves the right to approve, modify, or decline any application in accordance with their own underwriting guidelines
- Premium amounts discussed during advisory sessions are estimates only and may differ from final premiums issued by the respective insurer
- Policy benefits, exclusions, and terms are defined exclusively in each insurer's official policy contract — not in any communication on this website
Always read your policy documents carefully. Isa will help you understand them — but the official policy contract from the issuing insurer is the binding document for all coverage matters.

- Actions, decisions, or outcomes arising from the underwriting, policy issuance, or claims processes of FWD Life, Paramount, or AXA Philippines — which are entirely under each insurer's jurisdiction
- Inaccurate recommendations resulting from false or incomplete information provided by the user
Isa acts as a licensed intermediary. Ultimate responsibility for policy terms, coverage decisions, and claims rests with the issuing insurer — FWD Life, Paramount, or AXA Philippines.
Isa reserves the right to refuse service, cancel a Conversation Call, or restrict access to this website to any individual who:
- Submits false, misleading, or abusive information through the form or communications
